The Earth and People complex is unique with its modern architecture in line with all the natural features of the place where it is built.
It meets the highest standards of a multifunctional complex that combines all the conditions for business, conferences and other events, along with the facilities of a peaceful place for relaxing.The complex is located at Sofia ring road near Bulgaria Blvd.with panoramic view of Sofia and Vitosha mountain. It has a total build area of 8,500 m² and includes 43 furnished offices, conference halls, meeting rooms, panoramic restaurant and garden with 120 seats, and also underground car parking with 80 spaces.
The complex includes two buildings linked together – office premises and hotel.
Distinguishing feature is the outdoor panoramic elevator that directly connects the ground floor with the restaurant.
- Office area
The office premises are located in the southern part of the property from the side of Ring Road with beautiful mountain view.On both sides of the main entrance are situated two showrooms with separate entrances.
At the second floor is housed the Bulgarian Chamber of Mining and Geology with a meeting hall, a rest room and a multifunctional hall. Also, there are three more separate offices.
The third and fourth floors are situated offices that are accessible through two indoor panoramic elevators,elevator for guests with disabilities and inner staircase. Each floor consists of 9 offices with private bathrooms,one meeting room, a premise (server) and a common toilet.

Trakia hall is suitable for conferences, seminars, trainings, presentations, cocktail parties and corporate parties, both for larger and smaller groups of people. The space can be configured depending on your needs:

- 2. Musala Hall
Musala Hall is suitable for presentations, lectures, seminars and workshops for groups of up to 60 people.The conference hall is equipped with multimedia and wide screen. There is also good visibility from each corner of the room and it has perfect acoustics.
- 3. Meeting rooms
On each floor of the Earth and People hotel there is one meeting room with capacity of up to 15 seats. They may be used either in combination with the conference halls where, for example, it is necessary to separate the participants into working groups, or independently.
III. Panoramic restaurant with garden
The restaurant has 90 seats.The interior is in white with black and brown accents, and it has a wonderful view to the city and the mountain.The garden provides additional seats, so the total capacity becomes up to 120.The menu includes dishes of Mediterranean, Greek and traditional cuisine, and a wine list of selected Bulgarian, French, Italian and Chilean wines.
