Grape Central is a wine bar and restaurant in downtown Sofia.
Located in an old bakery, which had been closed for years, it transcends the spirit and warmth of an artisanal place.
Cordon Bleu trained chef Ivo Ignatov is responsible for the food concept. Our cuisine is focused on interpreting recipes from the world with local products. We have our own garden, we bake our own sourdough bread, and we work with small and organic producers. We are one of the few places in Sofia offering tasty Saturday brunch.
Each of more than 300 wines on our wine list is carefully chosen by Efrosia Blagoeva and Yana Petkova – experienced wine tasters and wine writers. We always offer 10 or more wines by the glass and twice a month we host extensive wine tastings.
We have a total of 45 seats, we are a non-smoking restaurant and we accept payments in cash only.
